Not sure who his recruiter is. Jon is a friend of mine, we know a lot of the same people. He played on the same high school team as Tre' Bell who we all know. Spoke to him recently and he said Notre Dame is recruiting him. To what extent, I'm not sure yet. He is being recruited by Michigan though, so I think his recruitment is worth following. 247 has a video on him.

Link to highlights is included in the first post. He is big for a running back. Has a good work ethic. He's a watered down version of Ty Isaac, IMO but has two years to develop

Cousin is Theo Riddick.

He's a USC fan.

Says Theo and him talk all the time now about why ND is the place to be.

Also something interesting, he and Jabrill Peppers have a feud going on. Jabrill's team had to win a game to face SPP and there was a lot of clamor about Jabrill vs Jon and PC vs SPP and Jabrill said something like "I don't usually talk about games on social media, but we have a much better team in front of us than SPP, so I'm not worried about the Prep boys."

But for Hilliman, he seems like the kinda kid we will slow play this cycle as opposed to scooping him up right when/if he wants to jump aboard.

*I'm by no means saying we lead or should lead or any of that. Just saying that if the time comes before NSD 2014 where he wants to jump on in, we'll have be checked at the door like a dude tryin to get into a nightclub.

Do you think this 'feud' will have any bearing on if they play together? Purely hypothetical, say January rolls around and we have 5 spots open with Jon wanting aboard and Jabrill has it down to us and Mich but not announcing til NSD. Do you think Jon coming aboard will affect Pepper's decision at all? I know it would be childish if it did, but I don't know how deep this 'feud' went.

Hmm... I can really only speculate since I only kind of know both of them, but Jabrill doesn't fear competition. And Jon is pretty immature. So if Jon were to commit before Jabrill, I don't think it would deter Jabrill... Jon I think might look at it as a negative if Jabrill were to join before Jon committed. But thats totally just a guess on my part, I'd hope they'd be able to recognize each other for their talents and welcome playing on the same team. But they do not like each other... Both guys have very interesting reputations for being hard headed in NJ so that'd be a very interesting situation.
