Jarron Jones was touted [still is] as a great OT prospect, but our staff hopefully has more sense than that and grooms him as Tuitt's hoped-for replacement [or KLM's].

Aaron Lynch was crazy in love and that is a legitimate fact and a major reason that he flew south to be with his lovebird. I heard that he had already gotten married to her, so this should get rid of other weird speculations.

I am sure as I can be that if other things were "comfortable", all sorts of guys [Lynch, Prestwood, Shepherd] would like to be taking this ride. All those guys were really good players, but if you go undefeated then by definition you did not need them to go undefeated.

With Lynch departed, KLM and Tuitt have formed the immovable mass around Big Lou that Aaron could not have as effectively done. On passing downs, Aaron would have helped, but not as much since Diaco has unleashed The Prince. We have a defensive line [including Shembo as such] with four players operating at AA levels. Hard to improve much on that.

Watching Stephon and Aaron occasionally make a cream sandwich by simultaneously sacking the quarterback would have been fun, though, too.

3.5 Unless they give Shembo a full sack when they sandwich Wittek on the first drive. Then I guess he'll have to settle for 3

On the Lynch topic.
He knocked his girlfriend up, and married her in August.

Tuitt is the true BEAST

This seems unnecessary.

Agreed, but even more so, I'm not sure why all talk of Aaron Lynch is necessary at all. He's been gone for three-quarters of a year now and on top of that we're 11-0 and about to face USC for a chance at an undefeated regular season tomorrow...how are some people still so butt-hurt over this?

i know for a fact the mold was broken when manti was created, but this is a very similar, albeit, much larger cookie cutter. Tuitt is quickly becoming (and will take this honor on jan 8th) as my favorite current irish player.

Him and IRish Chocolate will be 1a and 1b for me.

This great news. ND has never won a national championship without an All American defensive linemen, so if history tell us anything we have a shot now.

It's great to see how much more confident he is and articulate he is when speaking to reporters compared to when he first got to ND. Great to see.
