And in one of the threads yesterday (coaching changes perhaps) there was speculation that Warriner might be on the move again. That would help.

Because there is buzz. Sounding like it's possible we could land a commitment soon... as in within the next week soon.

I should also say, for all intents and purposes, he may have already given a pledge to ND.

Where is this coming from? Not that I don't believe it to be possible, but hasn't seen anything on 247 or ISD other than he was getting a visit.

Rumors are coming out of his high school that he may have committed to Hiestand today. All the ND sites are tracking it down. It is possible he did but will wait a bit to make public as well. Either way, I think he will be an ND commit very, very soon.

Coach Kyle said Byrne did not commit today, despite whatever rumors are out there, but a decision could come in the next couple of days. Really likes Hiestand.

I go to the same high school as he does. I'm a year older, but there are congratulations being thrown to him all around twitter. If he hasn't done it yet, he's close.

I think he committed, but is waiting to announce for the time being. My guess is to converse with those close to him before going public, but ultimately I think he will be a really good addition to our OL quite soon.

From what I've been told Notre Dame received a verbal pledge from 2014 OL Jimmy Byrne out of Cleveland (OH) St. Ignatius today.


Hope its true and also that Berk didn't ruin Byrne's moment

Berk says he just got a text from Byrne about the rumors of the commit. I daresay no one has Scout access though anymore, correct?

LOL, 24/7's updated says the Byrne texted Wiltfong that he can't confirm or deny any commitment at this time. Sounds like what Mike and I thought earlier is accurate. Stay tuned.

BGI is reporting it as truth. Wiltfong is said he'll have more on it later but it is good.
