SC is clearly not a very good team. But we all know that the one way to remotely salvage their season is to knock ND out of national championship contention. For that reason, I'll be surprised if they do not come out emotionally high on their senior day. We need to be ready to match that. If we do, we should definitely win.

Kiffin's a known liar. The fans are calling for his and Monte's heads. I love watching USC go down, but the Kiffins going down with them is exhilarating.

Don't know if it was said yet. But SC played 5 teams with winning records this whole year. Lost 4 of them...

Defense hasn't faced a group of receivers like this yet.
USC very well could give 2 sh!ts next week and rollover but I don't see that happening. I'm not saying ND is gonna lose but some of you act like this is gonna be some slam dunk

USC has only beaten 1 team with a winning record all year. That is a 7-4 Washington team. USC is cupcake soft. The big boys in the trenches are going to eat them up next week.

My view: USC will come out fiery. If the ND defense stuffs them anyway, then they will quit. But if they score, well, it's all they've got left that they might brag about, so we'll get a big effort out of them. Diaco will let those short passes happen like he's done all year. USC will gain some yards [if Barkley plays], but our redzone D will probably limit them anyway. We need to play a clean game. USC seems not able to stop a running QB, so Everett needs to do that [and no dumb heave-it-and-hope stuff].
We will grind at them and we will be the power in the second half; we have the in-shape muscle-studs and probably FIVE defensive All-Americans if truth would be honored. I, unlike some, would like to see Kiffin fired. There is nothing that advances your advantage over an opponent than instability in their staff, systems, athlete understanding of details. By the time that they recovered, we'd have established recruiting dominance [along with Oregon and UCLA] in their backyard.
First we need to put a lasso on their offense and just win.

Haha yeah I went over to some USC boards and they are melting down right now. They legit fear us. It's the first time in my fanhood that such a thing is the case. I love it. God I want to beat them so bad.

If they couldn't get up for UCLA, their biggest rival, Pac-12 title implications on the line, you think they care about ND right now. Yes USC can win, but Irish fans need to stop telling themselves that we are USC's super bowl. Even the USC players say it is their grandparents rivalry.

IMO ND is a greater rival (for SC) than UCLA.
