Oregon, Washington, Cal and ASU were his Top 4 about a month ago.

So we have two offers out to Concord De La Salle players? Or are there more?

Wants to visit this summer.

“I’m definitely looking at the type of people that are out there and the type of environment,” Egu said. “How the campus looks and stuff. Also what it has to offer as an education. What the football facilities look like and also to understand what type of coaches are there.”

May visit with teammate Hooper (DE) later this month according to the guy on II.

Also teammates with Hutchings.

Hutchings said the same thing in a interview with 247. Also said Hopper likes ND a lot.

EDIT: TT covered it in the other thread.

I'm looking forward to watching De La Salle play a home game against Mullen (Denver, CO.) on Sept. 7th.

One offer I like to see: Oregon. If Oregon is offering, the player should have speed. I want to see us offer players with Bama or Oregon offers more.

ND doesn't need to offer a player just because another school does. Many of the players that Bama offers don't even have the grades to get into ND.

I think he means that he likes how Alabama and Oregon evaluate prospects so it is a good sign when we are crossing with them.

It is nice that Alabama, the best defense in the land, plays a similar 3-4 and looks for kids with traits that we need too. Not so sure I like Oregon's defense, but you know the kid must be fast if they want him.

I hope this doesnt turn into a 3-for-1 deal (Hutchings with Hooper and Egu). I really want Hutchings, and taking an average player to get someone else is ok sometimes, but two average players to get one is a little foolish. I would much rather have Anzalone, Randolph, Cox, Mattingly, or Ebenezer at the Linebacker position. I still think Hooper is more of a OLB prospect so taking these three would fill our LB class and we are in good shape with a couple top tier LBs.
