I'm still beyond pissed about those last two series. Fumble in the endzone thanks to horrible playcall + horrible execution... then missed field goal than to horrible playcalls + horrible execution in the redzone... gives Stanford just enough field position and just enough time to get a field goal.

This is pathetic. I don't know if it was the rain, college gameday, etc... I don't want excuses. I want Everett Golson to come out and make QUICK DECISIONS and if he can't do that then get Tommy in the game and run the ball. There have been people WIDE OPEN downfield on multiple plays Everett is just flat out late on his throws. Zero anticipation.

Looks like he's a point guard playing qurterback.........which he is. Playcalling again is horrible.

IrishLax, If Rees comes in Stanford will have 25 Sacks. Chill

Rees would make his reads and get rid of the ball. In a game like this I may prefer experience over talent and play-making ability.

Everyone, as hard as it might be, take a deep breath right now... This is a 7-point ballgame in a matchup we all knew would be very close. Stanford has done nothing on offense and we get the ball to start the second half.

This game is still very winnable and I would like to take this opportunity to calm things down a bit, because things are not a disaster quite yet (I'm still seething, but that's beside the point).

Stepfon Taylor has not taken this game over and aside from pounding the ball inside and the occasional completion, Nunes looks far from solid thus far. We have gotten pressure on the passer and picked two passes, and been stout against the run for the most part especially in not allowing big plays.

Everett got moving late in the half and all it takes to have a great chance of winning this game is keeping turnovers out of the picture. Chances will present themselves.

We must not:
*Let TE's try to block Chase Thomas
*Spread the field inside our own five yardline with TE's blocking Chase Thomas
*Start panicking and forcing things
*Go 3 & out, field position is way to important and Stanford leads this game thanks to a huge advantage in field position

We need to call screens against this blitz. Use our poor blocking to our advantage

We might be losing but look at the bright side, Mark May is still a douche. Happy thoughts.

I put that td on Kelly, run the ball. Use your defense. We could be tied 3-3.

Lol at those calling for Golson's head.

I have been since he started. This is not a new thing for me I just finally can't hold my tongue. Hendrix would be far past this if we gave him the time Golsen has been given.

Hendrix can run. Rees reads the pressure better and gets ride of the ball in time.

Gets rid of the ball and into the hands of the defense. This is golsons 6th game playing. we are down 10-3. First time all year trailing. We get the ball at beggining of half. We will prevail. If you don't believe, stop watching and turn it to ABC, scUM is playing.

It will take something special to overcome that fumble in the end zone.......
