I think they ride Denard to the end. Hoke's seat seems to be getting a bit hot. I think their best chance is with him playing his game. And I don't think any team will separate themselves early in B10 play. I'd bet the divisions will have to use tie breakers to determine who goes to the championship.

Call me crazy but why is ND still recruiting Treadwell???? We are looking to potentially take 5 WR this class??
I think we have a massive WR haul already so why not strongly focus recruiting on DB or DE etc. and strengthen relationships with current commits.
I think cause he's a 5 star that's in their backyard. See Gunner Kiel.

I think they are doing exactly that. I think every pay site's staff has been pretty clear that ND is targeting at least 1 CB and DE/LB for our last spots. However, there also seems to be a consensus that when we fill those two spots, we are looking to take the best available. Laquon definitely qualifies as a "best available", top 50 type talent, regardless of the haul at the position. The staff is already spread around the country this week checking in on all our commits as well as remaining '13 targets, and as the staff learned last year, it is prudent to keep recruiting everyone (even if there is no space) until NSD, as anything can happen.
Nice explanation there big dawg.....I mean dog...I hate Georgia.

Because he is a lot better than the WR's that ND has committed.
Would you guys sacrifice Cierre's 5th year for LT? I would.
No but I would calabrese's

You wouldn't give up one year of Cierre Wood (who's not even having the bulk of our carries right now) for four years of Laquon Tredwell?? He's a Michael Floyd-type talent dude.
BTW, totally agree on Calabrese.
Wow, this is a good question ... I'm leaning toward saying yes, since I came into this year assuming Cierre would be gone anyway ... but he hasn't gotten the carries to really prove anything to pro teams yet, and unless that changes (I think it will) he may want to come back. I don't know whether any of our other RBs is ready to carry the load next year. Amir certainly has the talent but hasn't been able to stay healthy, GAIII is a fast guy who hasn't proven that he is an every-down RB , and Mahone we don't know.
I guess let's just hope it doesn't come to that. One elite CB, one pass rusher, and LT, and we're done. That leaves room for 4 fifth-years.
