Big props to the o line for that last first down. Really inexcusable for Michigan to give up that yardage between the tackles in that situation, but our big guys and Theo got the job done.

Man it's nice seeing so many people contribute. Rees, Motta, Day, Tuitt, Riddick, (Teo of course), Jones, Wood, Jackson all had good games. And even Russell and Fairley had good showings considering their experience.

That's what makes a championship team -- people stepping up when necessary.

Defense was under adversity all evening due to screwed up/poor offensive play. Anyone griping about ANYTHING that the defense did under these circumstances needs to quit watching football. The defense deserves canonization.

Offense pretty bad except for Tommy Rees, amazingly. We owe a lot to Tommy this game. Kelly has huge iron balls to take strong action and stick with it to win this game. Kudos to Coach. He followed this up by emotionally supporting Everett, because he knows Everett is [likely] the future {The future may well be Kiel, but that's for next year].

The O-Line is dysfunctional somewhere somehow --- someone needs to analyze that. Maybe Hiestand needs to move NMart, Stanley, or even Nichols up. This is the greatest mystery to me about the team right now --- that and who's playing hurt. We might have had the same MSU vs EMU syndrome of physical trauma from mashing each other. The bye couldn't come at a better time.

ND is 4-0 --- let's be joyful for a change. Thanks Manti, Tommy, BK, Diaco et al.

Total team win. Key contributions from every position group.

And I just gotta say, I love how TJ goes after the ball in the air.

You never fail to make great posts. Must be because you are from Kalamazoo. Great area. I grew up in Mattawan, now live in Marcellus. Always respect and enjoy your posts.

They definitely can't run power running plays...the down-block and G pull just doen't work for them. It's like we installed it this week, when they've been zone all off-season, and should probably stick to it.

Would have also like to see some more of the quick toss we saw vs Purdue.

Regarding the Oline, this sums up my feeling. It's a mystery. We have good players, good TEs and we can't run the ball against a so-so defensive line. And then in the fourth quarter they put together a running drIve at the end. I wonder if a big part of this is not having the willingness to run the ball 3 times and out. When we need to hold on to the ball and pound it in the end, we do. Pass protection has looked solid other than the occassional blown

adding on to the OL issue is the fact that koyack isn't ready for big time college football yet atleast at the point of attack
