Yup...also said that Nelson Agholar (who has been killing it in 7 0n 7's as a wideout - rrrrrggg) will start off fall camp as a RB due to low numbers there. Even USC reporters are saying that Kiffy-boy said it on purpose for Redd...

It's the players fault and decision to choose PSU, they signed their LOI and they should have to stick by it,if they don't want to be apart of PSU anymore, then transfer and sit out like every other transfer request, you don't see O'Brien jumping ship, even though I'm sure if it didn't hurt his rep, he would.

Matt McGloin grew up a hardcore Notre Dame fan. I can vouch for this. His whole family were hardcore ND fans until he walked on at PSU. I don't think he'd solve our QB problems but it would be nice to see a West Sider at ND.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's fact, and he's responsible for pitching.... didn't knwo that about Nelson.

As it should be too. Would have been extremely hypocritical to let schools under probation take advantage of the PSU situation to better their football team.

Free other than they have to pay the $40,000 for the scholarship and if the athlete they get is a junior or below, it will count against them the following year. It is a waste of a scholarship if you ask me. The only player I would want is a senior CB or WR with plenty of experience. They have had terrible recruiting classes as of late. I also consider it a waste of a schollie. Now some of their 2013 recruits, that is a different story.
