I just chest-bumped my 6-year-old into the wall. I don't know if it will be harder to explain the bruises to my friends or the imprint in my drywall to the wife. Man, I need to be careful what I do after I watch things like this.

This is the original speech, I believe they are a high school football team. Don't quote me though. Pumps me up every time I hear the speech.
