Not sure yet, but Sapp's post was "Dual-threat QB lands offer from Notre Dame," so I went with that.

I like his highlight video. The issue I have with most "Dual-threat QBs" is that most of the time their high light videos consist of mostly running plays. This video made him seem like a "pass-first" QB instead of a QB that just relies on his speed to make plays. I like this kid.
