I learned that Rees is the starter for the rest of the year unless he gets injured or falls apart completely.

He makes great presnap reads, and shakes off bad plays. Yes he will make mistakes but what true sophmore QB doesn't.

I'm hoping that Bennett Jackson can really step up because he's got 6'1" size and 4.4 speed. I think it will be Lo Wood and either Tee or Bennett. Darby will play to.

Lo Wood was in there for Gray for a bit. Didn't get his name called so I guess he did ok. I agree with Jackson. I like how he plays with emotion out there. Always fired up.

I learned that we need to get rid of that contract with NBC. They have WAY TOO MANY COMMERCIALS. Id rather listen to it on the radio.

Atkinson or Brown could step up but I think Shepards talent will overtake them

Do you assume that said radio network would use any less commercials with the #2 profit earning team in the country???

The only reason the radio stations go on commercial break is because NBC stopped the game so they could get their commercials in. They stop the game after every punt and kick off. It also effects Notre Dames offense because they like to be up-tempo but thats hard to do when NBC is showing commercials every 30 seconds

You realize that every station does that, don't you?

I also learned never to challenge Tom Hammond to a blinking contest. He will demoralize you.

You do realize that the stations pay tons of money for the games and that they pay that money because they can make a even more money charging for commercials? We would all love for a game with no or minimal commercials but reality says that when they pay alot for the games, they are going to have as many commercials as possible. Sorry
