Binged the Netflix series The Night Agent over a few days. Terrorism within the White House. Decent watch.

Started “The Last of Us” tonight. Pretty nuts how ep1 stayed so close to the video game script.

I also don’t think not having the use of spores in the show, as in the game, takes anything away from it, so far.

I’m hooked.

Anybody watching the Knicks/Cavs game just watched one of the worst halves of basketball of all time, let alone in a playoff game. It was like the Washington Generals vs. the Washington Generals.

Jury Duty on Freevee/Amazon is up there with funniest shows I’ve ever watched. Highly recommend
Love it! Can't wait to finish the last episode tomorrow.

My eyes are burning. The Knicks suck and somehow the Cavs were even worse tonight.

Watched a few episodes of The Untouchables. Pretty good old crime series about Eliot Ness and organized crime.

Evidence for Reincarnation: This Kid knows things he shouldn’t.

On YouTube. There’s an entire series of episodes but this one is mind blowing. It’s about a baby who starts displaying actions mimicking a pilot trying to kick open his hatch. As he gets a little older he starts talking about this pilot more and says things he has no way of knowing. I don’t want to spoil it but I highly recommend it and I’m not big on reincarnation.

I like that this was posted in this thread vs the NBA thread. Posting it here gives it the "this was bad and I wasted my time with it" vibe that I can understand and also find funny.

Episode 1, I think I made it ten minutes at the most and I couldn't do it. The trailer had so much promise.

Late to the party, but started Welcome to Wrexham last night. Very much enjoyed the first three episodes.

I am rewatching it for the second time. Started last night also. Enjoy.

I also watched the Ryan Reynolds episode of that Letterman Show on Netflix. It's a very good interview. Reynolds and Letterman play off each other very well.

Reynolds' story is pretty remarkable.

after having to watch peacock tv to watch the blue and gold game i looked around after the game to see what other stuff that they had and got to watch cocaine bear after i noticed that they had it in the movies section. an okay movie but nothing i would buy to add to my dvd collection. lots of blood and gore with legs and other body parts being ripped off. didn't know it was based on true events until i saw a trailer for a documentary that you can also watch on peacock that talks about the events with interviews with various people.

I finished Jury Duty last night. It really was good and very funny. They did an outstanding job of developing all those characters surrounding him and creating some outlandish people and events without quite going too far and giving it all away. Top notch comedy.

A lot of it was improv.

Took my boys to see the Mario movie on Sunday. Surprisingly wasn't bad.
I enjoyed it, I thought they could've done a better job hitting on the video game nostalgia, though. Specifically with the castle (the castle grounds, the bridge, the entrance etc; the only thing that looked original was the stained glass of Peach). Also, would've been cool to see them some of the original scenery from DK's Jungle from Mario Kart when they were entering Jungle Kingdom.

Just minor thoughts I had to appease the older crowd/original NES/N64 gamers from our youth, but otherwise I thought it was an enjoyable movie.
Eh, ok. Peach's voice acting blew though.
What's your beef with Anya Taylor-Joy?

Just finished Daisy Jones and The Six on prime. Pretty good if you're into the 70s rock tale of a rise from nothing to excess, loosely similar to Fleetwood Mac.
Riley Keough is a costar (Elvis's granddaughter who apparently didn't know she could sing) and gives an award worthy performance.
They actually made the cast learn to play and sing which legitimately sounds good.
