For a standard stout (not imperial or RIS or barrel aged) it is one of the best of its style.

For some reason I thought that the term "Chianti" was protected. Even if it isn't I am surprised that a California winery would use that term.
Mr. pkt, I've heard that Arizona doesn't have a ton of good craft beer. Is that true?
