Green Flash West Coast IPA. Lived up to the ratings. Some good stuff. Strange thing is that they have it at a Lucky's supermarket where I live.

Did you ever try the bourbon barreled arrogant bastard?
Sadly I haven't seen it yet. I'm back in the Midwest for the weekend so I'm hard pressed to find (good selection) quality beer.

Also, Destihl Vertex IPA. Different. I like it, but it's just different.

Hoppy, bitter and hot (11% abv), I really like it.

Have you had?

Yes I have had it. They don't distribute to AZ but when I lived in California I would have one or two a month and now when I visit I usually grab at least 1 or 2 bottles. Does Knee Deep distribute to MI? Their Hoparillo is very good (though not quite as good as Simtra) as well.

Yes, they do distribute to MI. May be a recent development though as I don't recall seeing them previously. Most stores only have one or two KD beers but one store close to me has a pretty good selection but I don't recall seeing Hoparillo. So far I've tried Simtra, Hoptologist and Midnight Hoppyness is in the fridge.

I have had many of their beers, in order from most liked to least enjoyed (though none have been bad just less enjoyable then the others).
Simtra
Hoparillo
Hop Shortage
Midnight Hoppyness (really I enjoy Hop Shortage and Midnight Hoppyness about the same)
Hoptologist
Citra Extra Pale Ale

Good, exactly what one would think, a hoppy beer with basic stout flavors
