The schedule tough, but not terrible.

South Florida- Trap game. The subplot with Holtz kid will be interesting, and they will be ready to play. I expect ND to come out confident, and hard.

UM- I think our defense will do its job against D-rob, and the offense will be much more potent. ND should win, but its at the big house.

MSU- will be tough, but its home.

Pitt- Will be better, but still beatable.

SC- I do not want to see them slide into irrelevancy, I'd rather beat a good SC team. But, it looks like they are a team on the decline.

Navy- Thank God Ricky Dobbs is gone. (right?)

BC- A joke. Their amazing run at mediocrity is over.

Stanford- Andrew Luck will be gone, but with Harbaugh at the helm, they will be good.

Again a similar plot to this year, if they make it through the first 4 games, the season could get interesting.

I don't know why they don't start the season with Wake forest/ BC or Maryland.

2011 Predictions

I hate how every year we are projected to go to a bcs bowl but this year it will be fine with me cause i honestly think we can. Kelly is moving the program in the right direction and i believe its only gonna get better.

2011 ND Schedule:

USF - Win, intriguing game but i think our offense will be too much for their defense

Michigan - Win, Rich Rod is leaving most likely and it will take a little bit to turn it around

Michigan St - Win, They lost alot of their key players from this year and we shouldve beat them this year

Pitt - Win, The coaching situation is up in the air and we will be better than this year

Purdue - Win, They are losing Kerrigan and wont be able to put pressure on the offense

Air Force - Win (Close Game) - This could be a tough game especially after the year Air Force had this year

USC - Win, We won with a freshman qb away we should win pretty handely

Wake Forest - Win

Maryland - Win, Now with Edsall there this looks like more of an interesting game

BC - Win, Don't have a good enough offense to keep up

Stanford - Lose, Too explosive especially if Luck stays we could see a game similar to this year's

Just had an awful game plan for Navy this season. That was the worst game we played all season. I think we can beat Stanford next season. Luck won't go back to school. Harbaugh is going to leave what purpose would he have in coming back.

i dont want to jump the gun. ive seen this happen before during the CW era. BUT- i def see another winning season, and something like 10 wins seems reasonable. Esp if Floyd comes bk, and if Rudy comes bk- look out!

Not sure if we're BCS bound, but it wouldnt surprise me. With this team, I've learned you can never quite look past the next game, which happens to be USF.

Living in cincinnati, and seeing what BK did w/ the Bearcats, i def see multi-QB's in the game, and excellent use of player personnel. Im excited, I know that much! GO IRISH!!!

With the announcement of Elway as the CEO of the Broncos paired with the fact that he currently is at Stanford right now as the honorary spokesperson for their BCS game, there is A LOT of whispering going on around Denver about Harbaugh.

I REALLY dont want to see him end up at Michigan. They deserve a molder of men, like Ty Willingham...

I am very optimistic and excited about 2011. I think for the most part we have a manageable schedule and the way our team is looking right now I think next year will be even better. I think 10 wins seems about right. Next year is the year we will make some noise and I see us winning some games that we couldn't win in the beginning of this season. I think we can beat both Michigan and MSU for example. I think our biggest obstacle next year will be Stanford. I commend Coach BK and the staff for an excellent job in making this team better. I cannot remember the last time we ended our season on such a high note. As the year progressed, our football team got stronger and stronger even with the slew of injuries and obstacles that were thrown our way.
