I hope he's on the sidelines simply from an enthusiasm/personal standpoint, but you have to think that seeing the field from a bird's eye view is advantageous, no?

Wasn't the big thing about Diaco when he was hired that he was going to be in the box? A lot of DCs are on the sidelines, I think it's the fact that Diaco was in the box that's affecting peoples' idea that it may be strange or different or affect him in any way.
