Nothing crazy here but I did ask him on Twitter if any recruits were thinking of jumping off ship due to the recent 0-2 start, just trying to see where some of these kids stand and he responded:

Everyone minus 1 (not darby) are solid on ND. We are fine. We beat MSU then the schedule takes a little turn in our favor. We are 0-2 yet as frustrating as it is all of ND nation and the rest of nation know that we are a good football team. I mean when Herbie/Cowherd say chill out thats saying a lot bc they arent pro ND guys. The kids havent made plays when needed, yet if we have 8 turnovers instead of 10 lol...we are 2-0 and everyone is happy. Its different than say 2007/2008 and ever 2010...we know these kids can win. Its just matter of the ball falling our way. I know the saying is you create your own breaks...but forcing a fumble at the 1 and having it fall into Denards hands/getting ready to throw a fade and ball slips out and sCum recovers...i dont think thats anything anyone can create. These kids are still working hard, and most of all they HAVE bought into what BK is doing. Its not a matter of them wanting to/thinking...its they have bought into it and it is translating to the field. When you have a QB that has 5 starts under his belt your going to go through rough patches.

If you would have told me that our O would have 300+ passing and almost 200 on the ground week in and out...id take it. They are going to break through and not look back. We arent getting beat by the other team...we are beating ourselves. Even though it blows, that in itself shows ND has come a long way if you think about it.
