I was at the game & on their long kickoff return I saw 3 ND players run untouched towards the returner & thought they were about to kill him…then all 3 missed & a long return.

The defense needs to tackle a lot better.
Armstrong from NCSU just runs around & if ND doesn’t tackle him he will extend drives.

I take nothing from this game. ND did what it needed, executed a 44 second offense against an overmatched team to end the first half and that's all she wrote. Price really looks good and so does Love.

Good to see so many players see the field. I think ND has played worse teams over the years. ND had to earn what they got. Love seeing the ball spread around and the use of TEs to remind our opponents they are still a weapon. Lots of players I look to watching more of this and next season.

Price needs more touches period. Besides his explosion, kid is jacked and pretty darn big. Not Estime big, but really not that far off. Want to see him unleashed.

I was watching for that because every ND site talked about the biggest question mark on the defense was a pass rush.
TSU has a bad OL for FCS standards.
All great defenses generate a pass rush with their front 4.
ND couldn’t do it early & resorted to bringing a 5th & even 6th rusher. If ND is going to beat teams like OSU & USC, they have to get a pass rush with 4.

But Oregon put up 81 points on Portland State today. So by the transitive property of college football, Oregon is much much better than us and we should feel bad.
