Is anyone watching the Trump legal teams “press conference”? Giuliani looked like he was melting and from what I can sort out from Sidney Powell’s unfocused ranting ANTIFA and Communists in Venezuela hacked the entire election. Keep saying “fake news” and “shocking”. Just referred to themselves as an “elite strike force team”. Lol.

1-29 in court so far and Rudy had hair dye running down both sides of his face.

Teaching US History in 30 years to our grandchildren is going to be something.

Got to admire his never say dye attitude, even though everyone knows the truth. It’s written all over his face.

So now the view from those who think Trump lost fair and square is that Trumps legal team are now conspiracy theorist too? If someone would have the open mindedness to follow the details, Powell’s explanation of election fraud would not have seemed like incoherent rambling (as someone in this thread expressed). Everything she said (with the exception of the ANTIFA reference) was all old info to me. It was simply put into a coherent whole.

Believe what you all want. We’ll all see how this will play out sooner than later.

Yeah I 110% believe they are probably in the bottom quartile of people that hold a law license. There were claims made without any evidence, they've withdrawn lawsuits, they're currently at like 1-30 with lawsuits. Even Fox (!) called it all a bunch of garbage.

The reason Powell gives the air of "intelligence" is because she's surrounded by the number 1 & 2 of the least intelligent individuals in the room.

I wish this would dye already.

You’re using the word “info” veryyyy loosely. It “probably” did this and it “probably” did that is not info, it’s, yes, a conspiracy theory. But I digress, and I totally think you and your pals should give Trump more of your money so he can fight the good fight (line his pockets and pay back his debts).

Be patient. They'll eventually get fed up with Don yelling at them to keep looking and give up.

Local news stories..... Ok
If that's the best you got.. that's the best ya got.

Are you kidding me? The fact that the stories weren't published by CNN or MSLSD doesn't mean they get dismissed. They happened, and there are more examples. And you have no argument because you were presented with events that don't fit your worldview.

In all honesty, I feel really horrible for beating you up like this if you're under the age of 20. If you're older than that and this is how you engage in debate, then it's a you problem and I feel worse for you.

So your comment about them being the bottom quartile of people with a law license is baseless speculation. Do you even know Giuliani’s history?

They did give evidence. Did you not hear the sworn testimony from the affidavit of the lady working in Detroit election night and the days following? And they expressed they have 100 more of those. Did you expect them to read each one in detail. And those affidavits were only one piece to a much larger case.

Did you even watch the briefing? If so, did you watch it in full? They clearly expressed this was an opening statement of sorts for the public. And explained why they would not go into hyper details of the case(s) evidence beyond what they did share.

It seems as though you didn’t watch it in full because Rudy tackles the fake news talking point that you’ve regurgitated that they are 1-30 in court. Rudy clearly communicated they only have 3 cases they have filed. The only one that was withdrawn was the Michigan case because it was not needed presently. That had to do with the Wayne County dynamics where 70% plus of the precincts had significant ballots issues. Therefore the county election board failed to certify the county vote totals due to the extremely high ballot irregularities. More of that lack of fraud evidence I suppose? The other 1-30 cases your referring to are not the Trump campaigns cases, but independent cases separate from the Trump campaigns or his lawyers.

Finally, the fact that you are citing Fox News as a reason why we should all believe the talk of widespread fraud being baseless shows how much your views are shaped by mainstream media and not digging into the facts yourself. In fact I can’t help but wonder if all you do is Google an issue and look for trusted MSM sources to inform your views. Anybody paying close attention to Fox knew long before this election that they are not the conservative voice of major news networks like they used to be. Many people woke up to this election night when they called Arizona for Biden with 75% of the vote in, a state that turned out to be razor thin in the vote count. But many conservative minded people jumped ship on Fox like myself, long before this election year.

To the bolded

1. Yes, obviously this is my speculation. Rudy has clearly lost some steps. He booked the Four Seasons Landscaping parking lot, that is not something a campaign for a sitting president should do. Kind of demonstrates his worsening mental acuity.

2. Them telling me they have evidence is 1000 times different then them presenting the evidence.

3. Withdrawing a suit is a loss, you can't claim widespread fraud and then withdraw your suit. That's pathetic and a huge L. So yeah, 1-30.

4. Wrong, they certified it. Maybe on the next Q dump they'll let everyone know what happened there.

5. I used Fox because they have been staunch supporters of DJT, that is a fact. They don't just stick their finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing. They have their own model that they use to call a state. I know, real math, not something from the guy who claims he invented email lmao. You do remember that states were called in 2016 with similar margins to Arizona on election night, right? This isn't some MSM conspiracy.

I havent followed what they have been up to lately but I suspect whatever evidence they have isn't nearly enough to flip that many votes.

Woops. Quoted wrong post. Oh well

Another losing day for Trump in the courts in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Focusing on Arizona, Trump has filed five lawsuits - three were dropped by the GOP plaintiffs including one that the margin of victory for Biden of 11,000 made it moot even if they had prevailed. One was dismissed.

The fifth was dismissed today with the finding that Maricopa County (Phoenix) followed election law which the Rep Gov and Rep AG signed off on. The GOP wanted a hand audit of all votes, after first separating all the millions of ballots from vote centers into precincts. Election law authorizes audits by vote centers. Three separate audits for machine accuracy now have been done with all three corresponding 100% and no voting discrepancies have been discovered. The judge not only forbid any repackaging of the same allegations in any future GOP lawsuit but said invited the Secretary of State's Office could seek payment for attorney's fees from the Arizona Republican Party, citing a state law that allows for such awards when a party brings a claim "without substantial justification" or "solely or primarily for delay or harassment."

The delaying tactic and frivolous lawsuit is because final certification of all Arizona counties' votes is due on Monday. The Rep Gov says he won't sign off on the certified results until all lawsuits are settled. The final lawsuit is a procedural question that will not affect the ballots for 2020.

The margin of Biden's victory in Arizona does not qualify for a recount. The end game is to disrupt the electoral process enough so that the Republican legislature would appoint electors for Arizona's eleven electoral votes who would vote for Trump. This is not going to happen.

Rusty Bowers, Arizona’s Republican House speaker, “I do not see, short of finding some type of fraud — which I haven’t heard of anything — I don’t see us in any serious way addressing a change in electors. They are mandated by statute to choose according to the vote of the people.”

Bowers says he has been inundated with e-mails wanting the legislature to intervene to prevent a Biden victory. The Arizona Sec of State released this statement on the threats of violence against her, her family and her staff:

Georgia manual recount confirms Biden victory (Atlanta Journal Constitution)
A manual recount of 5 million ballots cast in Georgia showed Thursday that Joe Biden won the presidential election, validating initial results.

The recount found that Biden received 12,284 more votes than President Donald Trump.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger plans to certify the election by Friday, a deadline set by state law to finalize results.

The hand recount, which also functioned as an audit of the election, mostly aligned with initial machine counts. It also uncovered almost 6,000 ballots in four counties that had been overlooked in the initial tally, resulting in Trump closing his deficit to Biden by 1,400 votes.

Both counts found the same outcome: Thousands more voters in Georgia chose Biden than Trump. (cont)

The deadline for the certification of Georgia's votes is due tomorrow by the Sec of State Raffensperger and, if he certifies the results, as expected on Friday, the next step will be for Gov. Brian Kemp to certify the 16 Democratic electors for the state by 5 p.m. Saturday.

Biden is the first Democratic Presidential candidate to win Georgia since 1992.

There just isn't substantial voter fraud or substantial "illegal ballots"
Voting in a generational pandemic is different and this election had 10s of millions of them.
BobbyOK will be your friend.

You seem to feel the election was stolen or rigged?
Answer that and I will entertain your argument when I have time

Worked up? Biden apparently won, yet you're still bitter and railing on Trump. You should be sipping a cocktail and smoking a victory cigar but you don't seem too happy.

I never used the words "stolen" or "rigged." There's plenty of evidence to raise questions in this election in a few states. I presented several instances of illegal actions (all of which benefitted Biden) and you brush them off. So the debate is over before it started because you can't.

Still curious to know how old you are, and in all sincerity I apologize if you're 19 because that's how you sound. If that's the case I won't even respond to your posts anymore.

This is a mirror image of 2016. HILLARY WON! RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA!! bla bla bla.....now it's TRUMP WON! DEEP STATE! VOTER FRAUD! bla bla bla.

This type of pathetic pandering bullshit needs to stop because it's just creating further divide and creating lack in faith in our institutions and democracy.

Voter fraud and voter oppression are both so unbelievably low percentages that they aren't even worth talking about. But it stirs the pot and people in their respective tribes fall for it every time.

IMO, anyone who thinks tens of thousands of votes are not being illegally harvested is naive. Paper ballots, in person, ID required with tight absentee processes for those that can't do so. Early voting should be condensed to two weeks max. GFY with these touch screen systems and anything that doesn't have a full paper trail.

The fraud of manufactured ballots has to be caught on the front end, once they are in the system it's a done deal. Recounts only count fraudulent ballots again and do not capture destroyed or tainted ballots. Recanvas doesn't seem to do shit for purging dead people and movers for either the present or future elections.

You will never convince me the "voter suppression" crowd is doing anything but trying to make it easier to cheat and manipulate.

All this does not mean I do not "accept" Biden as the next president. I hope Trump has a smoking gun, but that is a fantasy at this point. Realistically, I hope this leads to reforms that make PA/WI/MI/GA look more like Florida's process in the future. I have little doubt a cleaner process would have a different result in these areas. But being right doesn't count for much. Reality is still Biden gets to play president for a while so Hunter can rake in a higher day rate while Kamala waits until after mid terms to take over.

Pennsylvania went from touch screens to paper ballots this year. I assume it isn't the only state to do so. According to Trump's own administration, this was the most secure election in American history, and Trump lost by 6 million votes. Bummer he couldn't pull off another electoral college magic trick in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan, or hold onto bright red states like Georgia and Arizona. Turns out that being a consistent know-nothing asshole wasn't a good reelection strategy. I'm actually surprised the election was as close as it was.

I also assume I'm not the only one who thinks it is hilarious that you believe Florida elections are the model for the country. lol
