The conservative Heritage Foundation also has a good database on voter fraud that I have linked previously. There's just a broad swath of sources that show voter fraud is almost non-existent. Trump's modus operandi as we all know is to deny and deride those who provide facts for issues he has opposite beliefs. Very defensive but characteristic.

https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/#choose-a-state

1298 instances and 1191 convictions, 50 of which since 2019. Non-existent?

And those are just the ones where people get caught. And it's really hard to catch people when one party files a law suit any time a voter roll is even hinted to be investigated.

It’s not worth arguing with people that make this argument. It’s straight up dumb.

I have posted tons of cases of voter fraud in the past weeks. They exist. We have credible intelligence from our own agencies that foreign governments are interfering in our elections. There is motive, capability, and vulnerabilities to exploit.

Large scale voter fraud is not necessary to swing an election. Elections generally come down to a few precincts. Impact those and you can change the entire thing (a good argument for popular vote for those looking for some). Making an argument that it’s not widespread is dumb as hell for this exact reason.

Lastly, the voter disenfranchisement argument is also dumb. Arguing that black people are incapable of getting IDs is racist, period. Having an ID is required for basically any activity in life. It’s just the talking point that stuck best because people love to be anti-racist. IDs are in no way racist at all.

Second-Lastly, our election system is just not secure. Saying we need to take action only when there is large scale fraud is dumb as hell. You obviously want to get ahead of widespread fraud not wait for it to happen and then react. It’s stupid.

Someone posted some videos in one of the political threads about this earlier this year. Basically a lot of West Coast lib college students talking about how difficult it is for poor Blacks to get an ID so they can vote, then interviewing Blacks from poor areas of the South and them being amazed and basically rolling their eyes at the idea that anyone thought they couldn't get ID's or didn't have them already.

I know you have. The response is debunking "proof" from an ultra-lib source/study.

It's hilarious that a party that wants to regulate every facet of our lives, wants to be totally hands off when it comes to voting. Makes you go hmmmm.

Second-Lastly, our election system is just not secure. Saying we need to take action only when there is large scale fraud is dumb as hell. You obviously want to get ahead of widespread fraud not wait for it to happen and then react. It’s stupid.

It's not just that. Dems do their best to obstruct any type of investigation, be it voter rolls, or any misdeeds. I remember some of the TX and KC attempts simply to investigate were met with legal challenge after challenge.

Some of the responses from the Black people are too funny. Basically, "What??? What sort of nonsense is that??? Who would believe something that stupid?" Of course virtually everyone has ID or easy access to getting an official ID. The brainwashing of young liberals and the incredible amount of misinformation they've been fed and gullibly swallowed whole is amazing. It would be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.

Ya that was me. Unfortunately it doesn’t wake anyone up if they’ve already been indoctrinated into the talking point.

Somehow, someway, the party or racial tolerance and equity doesn’t find it racist to assume blacks can’t manage to get IDs. It’s truly staggering levels of idiocy.

"Sourced by further studies".... Like WAPO, one of the most liberal papers (who is cited as several studies used). Like Columbia University, ranked #7 in the most liberal leaning colleges.

Got it!

The problem is, most times a state or local gov wants to investigate voter rolls or voting irregularities, the dems quickly file suit to stop the investigation. Why? Let the investigation play out and then debate the findings. The dems love investigating everything unless it's about voter fraud, or into their own "investigations".

How does one even rank most liberal leaning colleges? Guess I'm not on the Kaitlyn Bennett email list.

Why does Trump's own appointee disagree with him? https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...eadows-rips-fbi-director-wray-voter-fraud.amp

Used Fox, hope they're not too Liberal!

Exactly. A LOT of left wing philosophy and practice essentially says to Blacks, "You're helpless. You can't succeed on your own. You can't compete on your own. You need us to protect you and hold your hand." It's insulting.

Well it’s that, disguised as, “we made your life impossible and therefore you shouldn’t need IDs.”

White supremacy, masked as white guilt.

Wray said the FBI hadn't found any "coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election." That's a far cry from saying there haven't been dozens of individual or local examples, which we've certainly seen and which have already resulted in dozens of arrests and convictions.

I don't know, write a letter to left leaning CBS who ranked them lol... Hope you don't mind I used a left leaning source. Hope it's not too conservative lol.

Aside from Bish's comments, Wray's kind of a joke. But thanks for the article. I loved Meadows jab about Wray not being able to find emails in his own department. That was classic.

Wray also said Antifa was only and ideology and not organized. We've seen 3 instances of ideological uhauls/trucks in 3 different states now dump off shields, armor, and other "mostly peaceful" Antifa party favors. He then later reverses course and talks about Antifa exploiting Floyd's case. The only thing Wray has been dead on about is China. That probably frustrates sleepy Joe.

I think my favorite was giving out cigarettes to get homeless people to sign petitions. Democracy in action!

Back in the olden days, they used to go to bars and buy drinks for votes. Some of the old Tammany Hall stories and trials are hilarious. And it's believed by many that the mob/unions helped secure votes in areas, especially Chicago, for Kennedy in the 60 election. Shits been happening for a long time lol. And we all know, if there's an angle to exploit, people will always exploit.

Joe Kennedy even asked how many votes he'd have to buy to ensure Jack's election, saying he didn't want to overpay for more votes than needed. Many of the mob stories reference how common it was for Chicago area mob bosses from Capone on to guarantee election outcomes for a fee.

The whole "it never happens" stuff is funny. It's been happening for a very long time. I have extended family that were in politics all through the mid 1900s (they were Dems), and the stories I heard growing up were eye opening even back then. It's probably why I've always had a natural distrust of politicians since my early days.

Trump tweeted that Biden should take a drug test before Tuesday's debate. Friggin hilarious.

All our politicians should take drug tests. We have to take drug tests in military and federal agencies to get a top secret clearance. Why shouldn’t politicians? They see more top secret shit than anyone.

"Billionaire" Donald Trump who was "self funding his campaign" (re: actually begging people for money) is actually broke and/or cheating on his taxes. Yikes.

Most people tryin to avoid taxes want to appear broke though. You really don't think he has plenty squirreled away, and plenty coming in?

So much for privacy lol.

Anyway, this article lost me here....

By their very nature, the filings will leave many questions unanswered, many questioners unfulfilled. They comprise information that Mr. Trump has disclosed to the I.R.S., not the findings of an independent financial examination. They report that Mr. Trump owns hundreds of millions of dollars in valuable assets, but they do not reveal his true wealth. Nor do they reveal any previously unreported connections to Russia.

The mentions of Russia make it just what you would expect from a NYT's piece lol.

What is bad with them saying there are no unreported connections to Russia?

The point is that this is yet another illustrations of Trump being a hypocrite of the highest order. He complained about Obama paying 20% in taxes but he has been paying zero taxes for years. He complained incessantly about Obama golfing but then golfed twice as much after he got in office. He is a total charlatan. It’s sad that there’s so many people willing to swallow it because they’re either too stupid to realize he’s a con artist solely interested in self preservation, or they hate liberals so much they would prefer to be lied to repeatedly than have the other party in the White House.
