There is no way he has the votes. His legal experience is limited to two years at a small firm in Fort Walton Beach fifteen years ago. Idk if he's ever been in a courtroom as anything other than a defendant.

Throw in his personal issues and how disliked he is by his colleagues and presumably senators too, no way. This is either some 3D chess to take some heat off other nominees or the dumbest idea ever.

Credit where credit is due -- I love what Trump is doing so far with these appointments, except for maybe Noem she's kinda dumb. But many of these guys seem like A+ moves and I'm pleasantly surprised he's keeping the unqualified loons out of important positions. Still waiting to see what he does with RFK and Tulsi.
