Go to user cp than hit edit sig on left side. Click on my pick and hit open image in new tab. Take that and make it your sig

Or go to your sig control panel and copy-paste this (remove the asterix from the IMG tag):

Right click on the pic and click open image in new tab. If that doesn't work, click on the link that showed up in your sig. Should also open the pic in a new tab. I'm using google chrome btw.

Oh yeah, make sure you click insert image at the sig editing page.
