Harper gets a ton of shit...some deserved…but he’s a baller & seems like a good fit in Philly which surprised me TBH. If he stays healthy and maintains his trajectory, he will be a HOFer.

The Braves offense has been trash durning the post season. Olsen provided nothing and Acuna was invisible.

Was at Phils game last night. Truly feels like a big time CFB atmosphere. Unfortunately, in terms of levels of intensity, the ND crowd just can’t compare. Just a level of hostility the ND crowd will never bring.

Nakatomi Plaza on Christmas Eve wasn't as hostile as Philadelphia on a random Tuesday morning.

This is what the Diamondbacks and Phillies managed to do to these offenses in a short series.

Rangers didn’t do much since they last appeared in the WS in 2011. Their owner invested in huge free agents two years ago. This year they hired 3x WS winning manager…and now they’re back in the WS. Reminds me of when the Cubs hired Theo Epstein as their GM and it paid dividends immediately.

We’ll know their opponent tomorrow. Be fun to take a 4 hour trip down I-30 & catch a game in Arlington.

I was hoping to see Jose Abreu win with the Astros out of pure spite for the Chicago White Sox. And I like Dusty. Sounds like Dusty is done managing, too. Even with the Cubs, I couldn't help but like the guy.

Adolis Garcia, though....wow.

Of course the Diamondbacks are "keeping receipts." The 84 win team with negative run differential is mad that nobody picked them to win.

You're going to the World Series. Who cares that no one predicted it?

The d backs have flat out sucked in the World Series. But this is why you have to have good veterans on the team.

Rays, Brewers, Mariners, Padres, Rockies.

The next long drought to be broken is the Guardians, however. Since the White Sox disgust me at the present time, I hope the Guardians can get one as long as Jerry Reinsdorf is alive.

Happy for Ranger's fans. I was rooting hard for the Dbacks but their youth showed, sure seemed like they ran out of gas at the end. I think game 1 completely changed the trajectory of the series.

Excited for the offseason moves:
  • Where does Soto go? Sox/Yanks/field?
  • Where does Ohtani start his next chapter?
  • The Orioles have more so many young bats killing in the minors. Will they offload some to improve their bullpen?
  • Does Jackson Holliday get the call? Jackson Chourio?
  • Will Junior Caminero be on the Rays spring roster and will he help everyone forget about W. Franco? Will he be a future AS/MVP power hitter?

Some guys I'm excited to follow next year for card collecting and stat watching:

Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Soto, Acuna Jr., Samuel Basallo, Ethan Salas, Jackson Holliday, Julio Rodriguez, Jackson Chourio, Junior Caminero, Corbin Carroll, Gunnar Henderson
