I am not sure. The B gap is the LB's responsibility, and it looked to me as if he over ran it. I will have to go back and check the replay again. If I am wrong, I apologize .

That last play was a devil's choice one anyways. There was almost no chance of stopping Dernard from the 2, the quick TD was not the worst result.

That was my feeling as well. At least it was fast to leave us a little time to maneuver with.

The long TD run was Kerry Neal's fault. He was supposed to spy on Robinson but for some reason made an odd move that got him gobbled up by a blocker.

No it wasnt, that was supposed to be a clear shot for either Te'o or Hayseed. Ian Williams was on the bench and the o-line got a clear shot on Te'o pushing him back into Smith making it a fott race between Robinson and Walls

Does it look like Walls could have gotten off his block earlier? Tough to tell because its off the screen, but after watching the replay that's about the only place in that play where I can see somebody slowing down Robinson.

that was a very valid criticism coming into last year to be fair... by about mid way through last season AA had but that behind him.

agreed. he turuned it around and now he's a bruiser. i love his tenacity.

Armando is good. In terms of an NFL prospect, he'll probably land somewhere in the mid to late rounds of the draft. He'll be a good third down option.

Armando's going to have to set the tone against Mich State. People think they're tougher than us;I want to see AA run over a few backers and safeties to shut them up.

I think we have to get the ball back to Armando in the second half...felt like Kelly forgot about him in the second quarter. He's been running hard and making people pay the price if they want to bring him down.

Allen was a hero. He was hurt, and still played most of the time and gutted it out. Cierre Wood for some reason has [temporarily I hope] lost his Mo-Jo. Kelly put in Gray, and he didn't look too bad. Still, Allen is our leader and Kelly needed him to max out what he could do. All praise Armando Allen.

Dub bringin it.

BobbyMack Sr. hooped for the Murray State College T-Breds back in the day.

As for Allen... This is his first job not working for a HC that didn't come out of the ND pipeline. Worked for Martin at Miami, Haywood at TX Southern and Denson at Charleston Southern.

Murray State just joined the Missouri Valley Football Conference I believe. Hopefully he's around long enough to come up to Fargo.
