This o-line is terrible. Wimbush is terrible. Armstrong falls over if he gets breathed on.

I guarantee the coaches told Wimbush he's not allowed to scramble. He would have 150yds rushing already

And Whoever told him that should be fired!

That's part of his game and that makes him dangerous. But when they know he isn't going to run pin back the ears and get up field.

you always get drops. BW, when he has time, has missed open rcvrs and locked in too much on those not open.

Our OL is playing pretty bad. Wimbush has made some bad throws. Our receivers (Boykin, Avery) have once again dropped some very catchable throws. Other than Jones, Armstrong, and Claypool, the offense has been horrible. But it’s NOT JUST Wimbush.

Kelly and Co want to use this game as practice to force Brandon into pass only mode.

The idea of it makes sense, keep him healthy, get passing reps.

The execution of it is scary.

1st half observations:

This D is playing us better than Michigan did. Their MLB is waiting for the center to double the NT, and then doing a delayed blitz. Outside LBs are doing the same thing, and sometimes doing it off of line twists -- wicked stuff. Love it.

Hainsey's development since last year is disappointing. He's taken two steps backwards. He's a real liability, now.

Wimbush has really bad QB instincts, and I think we're seeing what happens when the coaching staff puts blinders on him. I think the gameplan was to keep his running under wraps to give him game-time experience at quarterbacking. This is the result.
