Actually...I've got Oklahoma, Tulane, Oklahoma State, Boise State
First 4 games. haha
I'll be top ten if I get through that. Not that I expect to win those all...my team may have some decent skill players though...looked like a good start on Teambuilder.

And? They're all in the MAC West so we would all play each other. And then there would be 3 teams in C-USA West and 3 in C-USA East. Unless I missed someone in there.

The bowl game could be between the MAC and C-USA. And you guys have the better teams (the MAC is the worst conference in CFB) and you guys would be the super conference for the most part so it makes sense that the best teams from your conference play in a conference title game.

Well, if any of us are highly ranked...let them go to the best bowl they can get to...human opponent or not...
Remember, our goal is to take ND's HC position....so...we need to make sure to focus on showing what we can do by playing the best teams we can play against...without cheating and scheduling the bowl games in our favor.

We can't schedule bowl games after the fact, sorry if I gave that impression. You can only set it up in the off-season so one conference will play another in a given bowl.

So would I. But EA isn't exactly well known for doing what they should do in their games.
They always drop the ball on something this simple. The preview videos for dynasty mode and custom conferences showed the BCS bowls being editable...
Pretty stoked that releasr is only a few short days away.
I'm going to preorder from Gamestop and just have it mailed to me I think.

no you can't... unless you wanted those teams playing in a BCS bowl of course... you can ONLY edit BCS tie ins... weak I know but that was confirmed...
More now than ever I am ready for 2k or Sony to get into this thing... all these 'nice' features they added the last couple years are lacking in obvious regards... then when what is lacking is obvious, like with teambuilder and a lack of options, they don't touch the feature three years running... and cutom playbooks, formation subs and stuff like that are all features from last gen that they just now got to... seriously??
then I play the demo and sorry, minor, minor changes, it is the same exact game with small tweaks...
I'll play it and enjoy it because it is college footballs only option... but I played the Show in the playoffs last night, the Angels fans have thunder sticks... Twins fans have homer hankies... and they don't just wave them at any moment, the crowd get amped at the right times... how can sports games like NBA2k and MLB The Show get atmoshpere, added features and gameplay SO RIGHT and EA games like Madden and NCAA get various things SO WRONG...
This lone developer bs has got to end... hell, right now Sony COULD make a cfb game as its only 2nd party devlopers that can't make a game other than EA... I'm looking at you Sony.

the total lack of any progress on the current gen consoles should embarrass the developers and producers...
I mean how many times are we going to hear garbage like this year to year...
"Yeah, ____ was a great feature, and we hear the community screaming for it to come back believe me.............. I think that is something we could look into for next year."
every damn year there is a list of four or five key features that they say that about... then the stuff they do add... like custom conferences, coaching car. and playbooks are either last gen. features or features they do so half assed it just frustrates you further... all while the gameplay engine that was just asking to be scrapped five years ago never changes.

I know I am one of the few here, but I HATED the 2k games. Yeah they were cheaper (a lot cheaper) but they always seemed way inferior to me.
Just my opinion, but I've always got plenty of enjoyment from EA's games. If our only bitch here is that we can't have second place teams from a conference play 2nd place teams from another, I think we're doing alright. (I know there's plenty of other bitches people have, I was just saying.)
I think the tackling is WAY improved this year, I see a vast improvement on D, the blocking is improved, and they seem to have added a lot to the Superstar mode and online dynastys... I'm pretty happy.

I liked EA over 2k when both made the games... but at this point NCAA and Madden need a serious kick in the rump...
there is nothing in this year's game (tackling too... not that big a change, still the same engine) that makes me think they'll ever just get it right or stop repackaging last gen. features as "new features" year in and year out...
I think in comparrison to what other developers have done in recent years with their games these games just glare at you... there has been no real progress for a long while now... If there were competition this game would be much further along imo

When they did EA still had the better game...But in all honesty...the current game isn't much different than NCAA 06.
Which was a great game in it's own right.
I love CFB...and I'll buy NCAA every year...but I do acknowledge that EA can do alot more than they are doing.
Making rosters the proper 85 is a SIMPLE SIMPLE thing they can do.
And it isn't not being done due to lack of disc space as they are claiming...The files storing the information for 120ish teams with 85 players and 3 coaches wouldn't total more than 12mb of space.
2 or 3 MP3 decent quality files take up about that much space.
I'm stoked for the Tuesday release...I preordered from Gamestop...2 day shipping...I'm just gonna wait it out and get it when it gets delivered.

I mostly agree with everything you said. I'm not sure you're giving the tackling enough credit though. I saw a pretty sizable improvement, I haven't noticed any 'suction' at all and there are a ton of new gang tackling animations, as well as 'half-hit' stumbling animations.
But like I said, we are mostly in agreement here.

So who should ACamp be hired by to start his career as a DC before moving on up to ND... I'm looking for bascially a fun factor and nice unis/stadium... fun schedule, something that'll keep me glued... I have thought about it and have it kind of narrowed down... other than Wyoming I'm not interested in bottom dwellers... but no title contenders either.
