North Carolina Tar Heels football players made up 36 percent of enrollments in suspect classes - ESPN

The school said Tuesday football players represented 246 of 686 enrollments (36 percent) in the 54 courses within the Department of African and Afro-American Studies between summer 2007 and summer 2011. Those classes lacked appropriate supervision and were called "aberrant" or were "taught irregularly" with limited contact between instructors and students, according to a university report released Friday.

Anyway the guy in charge of facilities at work was a running back for UNC just before Taylor got there... I'll have to get his opinion on all of this.

Hey, I think it's despicable, but Carolina was a quality academic institution. I know many who've attended there and I'm sorry to see them so willingly compromise their integrity. They've thrown it all away. Whether it's a kid or an institution, I'll never understand.
