they dont have a baseball team
I love how he made it about the team. Not the media, the naysayers, or the haters (as he said)Like him or not, he absolutely toots to his own drum. That I respect.
Very true.Same. My impression is he’s gonna recruit the best and demand excellence on & off the field. He’s gonna be a role model to these kids who need one & ensure they realize that football ain’t life and not everyone goes on to be Deion Sanders the HOF football player. The Old Guard at the SEC better hope Deion doesn’t land there. Can’t wait if he does…I’ll have the popcorn ready.
wait,… what was that theme song?? Anyone catch it??
He brought the Playmaker in for a little extra UmpphhhLit af
I’d run through a wall for Dion. How can you not root for this guy?
Philly he has also been talking about the disproportional lack of Black Head Coaches at FBS programs - which is true.![]()
Deion Sanders claims a 'confident' Black man coaching 75% African American athletes is 'threatening' for many people following Colorado's marginal win over TCU
Colorado Buffalos head coach Deion Sanders set the record straight with his doubters after his team beat TCU football team on Saturday.firstsportz.com
If the guy really thinks he’s disliked bc of his race and not bc he’s cocky af and ripped scholarships from his entire team, he’s even more delusional than I thought.
He is the most charismatic HC. Charisma gets you far in life.I am not buying into the hype just yet, the only way Colorado is getting attention is because of Prime Time. Nice way to start the year by beating TCU. Go beat Oregon & USC.
Edwards had 11 touches. They were big ones, but I would ask would they have won without Shadeur? He really lucked out with Dylan Edwards. Would he have won without him?
Edwards had a ton to do wiht that victory, scoring 4 times, 2 of which no one else that side of the Mississippi could've scored on. He's that big of a mismatch with his speed.Edwards had 11 touches. They were big ones, but I would ask would they have won without Shadeur?
I'm not saying Edwards didn't have a lot to do with them winning. They had three other receivers besides him with 100+ yards.Edwards had a ton to do wiht that victory, scoring 4 times, 2 of which no one else that side of the Mississippi could've scored on. Sanders deserves credit but I am absolutely floored by how little pressure they were able to get on S. Sanders. I thought TCU's defense was supposed to be good but Sanders had all day.
Why wouldnt he be considered for that title? Hes a top ranked recruit who just played 110 snaps as a two way player and excelled doing both.Almost threw up watching ESPN this morning when they were calling Travis Hunter the best player in America.
That's a good win, especially given CU only won one game last year. TCU's probably an 8-4 team this year I'd imagine. I just wonder if CU can keep it up throughout the year. Deion's son was phenomenal Saturday. Can he continuously keep that level of play? Can Hunter keep playing 100+ snaps a game? We'll see. This Nebraska game will show a lot. Pretty cool seeing them have some success, though. They were a powerhouse when I was growing up.Give him props for winning. I'm just not sure this was as tough a test as many thought it would be.
If people were saying this last week, fine, but I'm seeing a hell of a lot of this after the fact this week more than there was prior to Saturday. They were three touchdown dogs on the road and had one victory all of last season. It was hard for anyone to expect anything other than a loss. The majority of the outside world never would have predicted what we actually saw.Give him props for winning. I'm just not sure this was as tough a test as many thought it would be.
Also it's not like they backed into the win. Sanders, Edwards, and Hunter all had amazing games. Idk how Nebraska can dream of defending against that.If people were saying this last week, fine, but I'm seeing a hell of a lot of this after the fact this week more than there was prior to Saturday. Win or lose, narratives and agenda against this program won't change. It's a week to week existence. Nebraska looked like pure garbage last week. Nothing is stopping them from beating this team.
I still feel the more film gets out there, the tougher it is going to get.

Deion played in The League for 14 years. Shadeur has access and opportunities most QBs don't have because of that. I think that's a huge advantage he has over just about everyone outside of Arch Manning and a few others. You could see the difference from the last game he played in at JSU. I have no doubt that not only does he put in the work but he has access to coaching and instruction few others do.That's a good win, especially given CU only won one game last year. You going to throw up if Caleb Williams becomes the next Archie Griffin? I probably will.Almost threw up watching ESPN this morning when they were calling Travis Hunter the best player in America.
The worst thing to come of this? Inevitable Charles Woodson comps for the next several weeks if not months. Why wouldnt he be considered for that title? Hes a top ranked recruit who just played 110 snaps as a two way player and excelled doing both.
I’ll answer… noHe really lucked out with Dylan Edwards. Would he have won without him?
