Harvard didn't really win the round, they're being denied $2.2 billion in grant money apparently because they're continuing to ignore the Supreme Court order. Plus the markup was done by a Twitter user, no one from Harvard was involved. There's a Community Note on the post now.

I almost wonder if a staffer or personal assistant didn't pen the letter. The letter is poorly written, and some of the markup is ticky-tacky, but the letter is pretty bad for someone with a language degree. She also worked as a paralegal and spent time handling intellectual property rights. You'd think someone with that background would be pretty adapt at grammar and crafting a decently worded letter. I spent about 15 minutes going through some of her past Tweets and publications and she didn't start making some of these basic mistakes (ie. needlessly capitalizing words like "federal") until 5 years ago. That's what makes me think either the letter was written by an underling, or she's just gotten really lazy about proofreading. The other possibility: taking all those Stone Cold Stunners over the years finally caught up to her.

Here's the unfortunate truth: she's not going to win that election. Looks like the 33rd district votes 2/3 to 3/4 for Democrat historically. She needs to move to a different district to win a seat, would love to see her in Congress.

For some madness...I've seen people complain about gerrymandering in various states for both parties, Ohio in particular...this is the recently revised district 33 in Texas. Gotta say I don't know how GOP got this approved. They do everything bigger in Texas!
