I mean the Trump campaign stuff was ~5% of the tweets that Tabibi posted that were in a similar screenshot style format. I also don't think a Trump admin member angerly emailed someone at Twitter as nefarious and bad.

I don't take selective screenshots as face value, I would like to see the same source documents that Tabibi and Weiss are picking and choosing from. Like I mentioned above, if this was Jim Acosta with the Panama Papers only listing conservatives would we just accept that or ask to see the entire list?
I think the major point is Twitter said they can’t/didn’t do things but they obviously did. Because I don’t know, have liberals/democrats accused Twitter of doing this to them?

Twitter is writing software to let users to check if they are shadow banned because according to Toronto, Twitter doesn't shadow ban. So the CEO of Twitter is spending money on updating Twitter codebase to let users check if they are shadow banned.

Seems like a waste of money since shadow banning isn't real.

Also, Twitter is up in your DMs. But, this just came from some random Twitter user. We shouldn't believe it until CNN confirms it. Elon replied with a 💯 emoji, but that 💯 didn't explicitly confirm that Twitter employees could read your DMs, so don't jump to conclusions until MSNBC or CNN says it's true.

I would take this seriously if he made a way to show all the files…. Lol

People with smaller followings probably have had a tougher time telling if they have been shadow banned in the past.

Users with a larger base that routinely post could tell more easily.

Some of them already knew they were being occasionally shadow banned. If you go multiple weeks having a range of 10,000 to 15,000 engagements for most posts, then suddenly they drop down to 3,000 for a couple of weeks and then return to 10,000 to 15,000…… It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know what happened.

Those screen shots and emails confirm it was going on. It simply can’t be denied.

I'll just keep posting the updates confirming that Twitter has been shadow banning users, so Toronto will have to keep reliving his L until he admits that he was wrong.

Or, Toronto, you could always use this defense:
I identify as correct, so therefore I am correct. Being correct is a social construct. It is wrong to deny me of my identify.

I'll accept either one.

The hole just keeps getting deeper.

Former intelligence officer, Jeff Carlton, who held special assignments at CIA and FBI, was the Head of Twitter's Strategic Response Team. As soon as Andy Ngo outed him, he deactivated his LinkedIn. That's not suspicious until CNN says it is.

There's a saying in the intel community: "There's no such thing as a former intelligence officer."

Personally I don't have an issue with her accepting tickets, but protesting with the gown wasn't cool.

I'm glad Bari Weiss is sharing with us all users that were impacted by this and not selectively choosing a few that would satisfy the presumption they held prior to this. Thank god she's using this opportunity to enlighten the public and not selectively pick information to share so that she can drive users to her substack. Imagine if she only tweeted a few accounts and didn't release a full look into all accounts that were subject to any of these controls? Boy oh boy!

lmao I remember the day when I was told not to trust anything Twitter put out but no no it's different this time because....Bari Weiss is picking what she wants to share it's better!

When the full details can get shared I would love to read it.
It's called examples. You use an example to prove your point. If she listed every account that was effected, you'd still have some deflection like, "They didn't do that to every account!"

You read your other "I identify..." post where you threw a temper tantrum, right? lol don't try to parent me. I don't dispute what she is posting, I would like to see the full amount of users that were in these categories. Wouldn't it be stronger to release the full list of users that were part of these lists? Did the panama papers get leaked with only a select few from one side?

I would like to see the full report and/or lists. This would be like if Jim Acosta took the Panama Papers and listed out only a select few.
Careful Sixstar. You're entering the Toronto vortex.

Jim Acosta isn't Matt Taiibi or Bari Weiss.

Maybe they'll ultimately release all of the stuff eventually.

See how that works? Remember, I didn't come in here swinging, I said I would like to see more before "taking my L". Boy you just see red when I have a post eh?

Here you go. Let's revisit a few pages back. It's visually apparent which accounts were impacted. And now that you agree that Twitter can shadow ban accounts, we can see the obvious impact of Elon's takeover.

Look at all of the conservative accounts that gained massive followers on the same week. Look at how major democrat accounts did not see the same increases. Look at how neutral accounts did not see the same increases.

You can't dismiss this data.

This is fascinating.

Now, a little reminder of how you responded when I first posted these charts:
Relax, bud. I'm trying to understand what exactly you're proclaiming there to be there. What are you saying happened? Are these unique users that are finding their way to these beacons of intelligence or? ....

At the end of the day, regardless of whether Elon releases EVERYTHING they have or not....its already clear that twitter lied to Congress, the public in general, and their users about what they were doing.
Not only that but the FBI was meeting with Twitter to give them updates on the developing story. Twitter knew it was coming before it came… because the FBI had Gulliani bugged.

Expected response. When you can't debate or counter, you call someone a name and just dismiss their points.
Go back through the thread and look at every time you made those provably inaccurate assertions. You will find my responses just after them. Repeating bullshit doesn’t make it any more true and it certainly doesn’t merit a new response.

I see you've graduated from the Toronto school of deflection. Instead of debating the points I listed, you backtrack and deflect to unknown past discussions. For the record, you engaged me here, not the other way around.

I'm going to apply for a job George Santos style. It could go too far and if I get found out there will be consequences, which appears to be the significant difference.

Bang up job by Democrats and their oppo research on that one.

@TorontoGold - reminder that it's time to pick up your L.

Straight from the Government-organized "Election Integrity Partnership" program's Final report. Do you find it odd that only rightwing accounts were labeled as the top misinformation spreaders? Do you actually believe that?

Just another glaring example of Government-directed right wing censorship.

So - do you admit that you were wrong then?
