Mills’s early-season performance suggests conditioning may have been a challenge initially. While the focus seemed to be on adding weight, that approach doesn’t always yield optimal results. Now, with an emphasis on conditioning over extra bulk, he appears far more agile and effective. Sometimes, streamlined athleticism outperforms simply adding mass.

Oh, I’m glad to hear you picked up on that! One would think that if it was so obvious from a spectator’s perspective, the coaching staff with their front-row vantage point, medical resources, and player insights might have noticed it as well. But hey, who am I to question the decisions made on the sideline?
Slammed on his shoulder, grimacing in pain, no longer running him and forcing him to throw, and then the way too short throw on the INT. Coaching malpractice by not subbing him out or boneheadedness from Riley staying in.
