We won, but don't you know a win still means we actually lost, because Kelly will get a pass and Book will still be quarterback which will make Notre Dame fans miserable because winning blows, especially if it is only against 4-4 teams like Duke. And it's been 10 years. And Polian sucks as a special teams coach. And Finke is a walk on. And the OL is soft. Quinn is terrible. And we have no running game. Plus Tommy tried to outrun a cop and is still too slow. And why doesn't PJ get to throw the ball more? And ND hasn't won a title in 30 years. And Urban Meyer is the very kind of heathen Jesus loves to hang out with and forgive... and is the next Messiah. And Brian Kelly has been here 10 years and still no title. Plus, the players don't play hard for him. Last year was a fluke, just look at the schedule. Tonight, several ND fans will step off the ledge in disappointment that ND isn't LSU. May they rest in peace.

One of the most complete performances ND has had in awhile. Weird to say that despite special teams miscues, inefficient passing game, penalties, etc. I think it's beyond strange that what they succeeded with tonight was using the QB as a primary runner.... while Wimbush is somewhere in Florida. I thought the whole reason they went to Book was to go away from this and have an efficient passing game.

Big game next week against a surprisingly good Navy team. Hopefully the team is healthy enough to win that game with defense, because this is the best Navy team on both sides of the ball that ND has seen in a LONG time.

Not sure I'd call the passing game inefficient. 4TDs and the 2 INTs weren't Book issues. One was a pulling guard whiffing on his assignment, and the other a ball bounces off a helmet and was still was a 20 yard positive gain lol.

And not sure I'd say complete performance, Book out rushed all ND RBs combined. The O was pretty much the Book-Finke-Claypool show despite bad OL and mediocre RB play. Happy with the D though for the most part.

I think you forgot that pj fleck rowed his boat against an overrated PSU team

Good game overall. Book was better which is his style against mediocre to poor defenses. I still want to see what PJ can do. I know, I may as well beat my head against a brick wall.

One thing that Lea has determined this year is that a running QB will not beat us. He is playing 4-5 line a lot on the short running downs.
