I don't care about Reaper, he's typically a bad poster. The point is: Comment on the kid playing his heart out for ND all you want, but saying "fuck them" is way worse than calling a (shitty) poster a pussy. That's not this board, and shouldn't be. Pyne played like ass today, but that's way over the line and has always been called out when it's happened in the past.
This. People gotta keep their emotions in check, but on the flip side it's classless to throw death threats or obscenities towards one of our guys. Criticism is fair, but remember that a lot of these guys are 18-22 year old student athletes, and ultimately it's a game. Nobody intentionally plays poorly, just support our guys the right way.

39 played in the Texas Bowl.

Roughly 50 returned to LSU. By the end of January it was just under 80 with the 2022 class and transfers incorporated. They got even more transfers later.

Where do y’all get this stuff that BK is working with half a team?
Message board narrative telling him what he wants to hear. Kinda like the people saying Swarbrick forced Freeman to hire Rees.

This Army-Navy game has not been very good.
When both teams pretty much mirror each other, it’s usually gonna be a stalemate. Navy failed w/ their ST w/ the blocked punt for a TD. I feel bad for the RB that fumbled at the goal line. Truthfully, I thought he was down but I suspect there wasn’t enough evidence to overturn.

That Navy defense really is almost impossible to run against. Of course Army couldn't execute a quick passing game to save their lives so we get a game with virtually no offense.

Agreed and IDK who they're going to bring in that'll do it any better. Unless Paul Johnson coming out of retirement

I think that would be one of the bigger arguments for going away from it. The coaching pool for running it is so same at this point. You are basically looking at coordinators on the existing staff, some D-II, or high school coaches that run it.

I think the option was slightly effected by the new rule changes as well. It still is likely the best equalizer out there for the academies though.

Personally, I think going away from the option would be asinine. The option levels the playing field a bit for the academies.
Yeah, I don't see them getting away from it. The only way they move to a more modern offense like a Spread is if they can obtain a greater exemption for OL players that allows them to actually recruit guys in the 300 lbs range.
