If Denbrock is really working on an extension with LSU because TAMU came knocking, it's hard to rationalize how ND lands him without paying him a lot of money. Like ND would have to make him one of the highest paid OC in the country.

Freeman is making ~$5MM a year, well below HCs at most other major programs. We should have the highest paid coordinators in the country with what he is currently making.

How do you know this? I thought ND kept their numbers private? I also thought they incorporated some unique pay schedules/incentives? Am I making this up?

What will be your first reaction if Freeman promotes Gino.

Curious why Warren Ruggiero is never mentioned, he does a bang up job with the talent he gets at WF.

Never coached at Cincinnati. Automatic disqualification.
Bummer he has a 6 year average of 36ppg...only behind Clemson. Could you imagine what he could do playing against the same opponents with ND blue chips on offense and a stellar D....45/50 a game...all day.

Unless he comes from the Luke Fickell tree, MF probably doesn’t even know him.

I’m not sure many teams are eager to run that offense
Very true....But it works at this level, ND may lose QB's that want more of a pro style compared to the slow mesh...But it def gives WR a chance to get down field.
