Remember when it was just highlights? Now they treat it like it's a newsroom and everything is in a talk show/debate format. They lost their way a long time ago. SportsCenter was iconic when I was growing up.

All you ever needed was a couple of fun/quirky personalities showing sports clips.

I would sometimes just turn it for background noise. The 90s it was MTV music videos, 2000s was SC all day, I have evolved now into Netflix and Prime documentaries and crime shows because they both died.
