But with Cali cost of living, down to 600k ish, he is under some of the SEC guys who get between 600-800k. ND will get a GM executive and a director of recruiting. Separate the rolls, and improve the efficiency and quality of the department. Will likely end up around 1 M in salary between them, but will be better money spent. Thanks Chad.
