Where has Musk censored differing views? The problem before was removing stories harmful to democrats and suppressing conservatives. It’s fair now.

I wouldn't hitch the wagon to Destiny. The guy got kicked from multiple platforms for his incendiary remarks following the assassination attempt. He was applauding innocent people getting hit at the rally, and suggested the shooter do better next time. You can't use free speech as a shield when you're advocating violence, it doesn't work that way. Just a few, I believe he's said some other stuff in streams but haven't the time to go through them all:









We remember what Twitter was like before Elon bought it, maybe you don't. Conservative voices, even mild ones, often received bans and the reverse rarely happened to liberal accounts. I think you forget that most social media platforms banned Trump for quite awhile, which is why he created his own shitty platform so he could continue to spout off.

Not hitching to Destiny. He was banned before Elon took over and demonetized recently. The point is that those on here (I don't think you were one of those people) who said that free speech was suffocated under Jack, but don't have any words of criticism for Elon when it's someone on the Left getting targeted. My position back then and currently is that a company can apply it's TOS as it see's fit.

I remember Twitter, as well, maybe you don't, but I know that progressives were consistently silenced under Jack as well. I'm not going to bat for Twitter because I think they're dogshit and just protect corporate interests.

I don't see the same people speaking on "election interference" mentioning the owner of Twitter actively pushing AI video's on the opposition, or using his platform to advocate for his preferred candidate. Jack Dorsey donated to Tusli and Yang, but you wouldn't know (unless you've seen his insane vlogs and maybe that would give you a hint).

YOLO Elon can do what he wants as the owner, but it's been awfully quiet around these parts for those that wanted to play the "Twitter is political!!!!" - pre-Elon.

They’ve been that way for years…all of them. This isn’t new.

My experience on Twitter as a user has gotten significantly worse. I purged just about everything other than sports and people I know personally. I don't know what leads that site to believe that I'm interested in Right Wing Bro bullshit and porn bots, but that's the steady diet of ads I receive regularly. I scrubbed my account of anything political entirely.

Wish I could agree with you, and I'm not at all alone.
