If that's true, Charlie Strong is a huge piece of ****. Just a chip off the ol' SEC block and another Urban Meyer.

It's insane to see how little integrity SEC-bred coaches have.

I truly hope this story gets legs and they bury Strong. Another Urban Meyer prodigy doing things the completely incorrect way. This is so unacceptable on so many levels.

Wow, this is just crazy. If true, obviously Charlie Strong is done. I wonder whether any other teammates were present and witnessed what occurred. If this goes to trial, it has the potential to tear this whole team apart if there were indeed eyewitnesses. Very unfortunate.

It is true. It's common knowledge in Louisville. Strong kicked the 2 brothers off the team...for beating the kid up. I'm not sure what the kid is alleging about any sort of "cover up" or "hiding of it."

As for him losing his scholarship/free ride, don't know there.

It seems like there is confusion with the whole "cover-up" thing. I think the real issue is the pulling of the scholarship. Strong not showing any dignity or class is par for the course in many programs.

I'm very surprised by this story. Up until this, Strong was VERY highly thought of around the SEC and was considered one of the true class acts and good guys in coaching with a limitless future. If this is all true, then he's likely toast. This story is ridiculously bad and disgusting if true.

I'm not certain this has nearly enough facts to pin it on Strong.

Yeah, this is where it gets fishy for me. What kind of cover-up is it if the 2 kids were kicked off the team for doing what they did? If that is considered a cover-up, Charlie Strong is not CIA material. I'd wait for more info to come out. Sounds like the kid might be pissed off and trying to make a case.
