It’s clear they had already given up on the season. Ryan has been a disappointment but he’s still the only shot the Colts have at winning a game. Ehlinger is NOT HIM as the kids say. As far as Saturday goes, who cares? They’re not landing a big name mid season. He’s the interim and if he performs well (LOL) he’ll get a fair shot at the position after the season. Hope we wind up picking early enough to draft Stroud or at least close enough to work out a trade. What a fucking disaster this season, and the end of last, has been.

I’ll be shocked if young and stroud don’t go 1-2. There are so many teams that need a qb, I’ll bet the bears are already taking calls. Even then, you worry about someone trading up with Arizona to get Levis. 4th pick doesn’t necessarily guarantee you a qb. It’s not a great situation

I like Young as a college QB but not sure we can protect him. I'm not sold on Levis so I would take Stroud. We need more pieces than just a QB but we need to take a QB and quit being a retirement home for old past their prime QBs.

I'm not sold on him just yet. Didn't he transfer to UK because he couldn't win the starting job at PSU? My concern about Young is his size regardless of where he plays. Stroud is the best passer of the three but his decision making has been questioned. If nothing changes in the draft order, the Colts should end up with one of those three.

I had a feeling Ballard was safe given statements by Irsay about a month ago. This draft will probably determine whether he last longer than one more year. He needs to get the QB and LT first and foremost. If Saturday is retained, he better find a new coach for the O-line. ESPN has said they would like for Saturday to return to ESPN FWIW.

The fact that ballard is going to keep his job absolutely blows my mind, his roster management has been below average and honestly he’s always struck me as a bit of an I’m smarter than everyone else type. Maybe this season humbled him a bit but in my opinion irsay keeping him around is a mistake
