This is ICE in court:

This is a big who cares for me. There are many agencies within government and even private that can, and will do their own investigations and really do not care about technicalities or reasons why charges were dropped.

I even operate in a space where even if you are charged, but not convicted I am going to fully research and investigate that incident and come to my own conclusion.

Of course it is....because it blows your entire argument up.
I just came in to say that dispositions can be easily obtained. That argument still stands.

I will also add that while there are criminal court proceedings (due process), what you don’t see is due diligence by other agencies. Deporting people based on this due diligence isn’t something that Trump invented. It’s happened for decades and will continue to happen for decades.

No it doesn't. It's gone. You've now moved the goalposts.

Doesn't make it correct and doesn't mean it was part of your original argument.

Now we have people admitting due process didn't happen..but due process doesn't matter, even when it does happen, because they can make up their own mind...and even better none of this is even applicable to Garcia because the court order still stood, no new process was started, and the DOJ has presented zero evidence saying they made an independent inquiry of any kind.

So even your invented scenario doesn't hold water in this case.

My point and only point was that a court record shows a disposition.
You've now moved the goalposts.
I was not making any sort of argument to begin with. I had no goalpost to move.
Doesn't make it correct and doesn't mean it was part of your original argument.
I’m not even really making an argument. I’m just telling you what happens. (or happened)
Now we have people admitting due process didn't happen..but due process doesn't matter, even when it does happen, because they can make up their own mind...
Yes

They don’t have to.
So even your invented scenario doesn't hold water in this case.
Invented? Lol
