I've lost 7 since January 1st.

Actually ran a 40 yard dash yesterday at a basketball practice for the freshman I help coach and ran a 4.79. Not bad!

I am doing oK. I weight in Friday. Eating more normal, and tried a new power drink called NO Explode by BSN, holy cow I could go run a marathon after taking one of those- and i already went to kickboxing.

I will send the stats in the am.

Something I have been doing, and it has worker, is Insanity. It is almost like P90X, but I enjoy this one more because no extra equipment is needed. Some people may find it easy but my whole life I have never had great endurance and Insanity seems to force you to have endurance. Even though, so far, each video is only 32-45 mins it really works your whole body.

I've heard of that but don't know much about it. I'll have to check it out.

That ain't bad at all. Definitely above average. You're probably faster than me! haha

You can post whatever you'd like, some guys posted their weight, I'm just posting my results....down 13 lbs!

Great job, everyone!! Nice to have you in Beau!! As of this morning, I have gone from 235.6 on January 1st to 217.8 this morning. Not a bad start!! Keep up the good work, guys. I am eating a lot healthier and a lot smaller portions. I only eat when I am hungry too. I also am doing Insanity every morning as well as running three miles every evening. So far, so good.

I weighed 175 in 5th grade

6th - 175
Middle School - 160-175
High School 175 in - 230 out (OL/LB)
College - 230-220-205(cut)-215(half-marathon)
Girlfriend/Wife - 210-275(sickning)

Slow but I'm down 5lbs since I started this. Got to pick it up a bit.

Well, before last night, I was doing well. I started at 235.6 and last night I was 212.8 however, then my girlfriend brought over a huge dinner with cheesecake for dessert. What was I going to do, not eat it? So I didn't weigh myself this morning.

I am down 13lbs as of this morning, my wife is down 12lbs. Feeling much better about our eating habits and diet so far this year. Aiming to lose another 17lbs.

i've been sick this past week so i have'nt done squat. still managed to loose 3 lbs.... i'm not proud so i'll count it.
