I've lost 7 since January 1st.
Actually ran a 40 yard dash yesterday at a basketball practice for the freshman I help coach and ran a 4.79. Not bad!

Something I have been doing, and it has worker, is Insanity. It is almost like P90X, but I enjoy this one more because no extra equipment is needed. Some people may find it easy but my whole life I have never had great endurance and Insanity seems to force you to have endurance. Even though, so far, each video is only 32-45 mins it really works your whole body.

That ain't bad at all. Definitely above average. You're probably faster than me! haha

Hey there fellow fatties! So how is everyone doing? As of this morning I'm down 15 lbs and feeling pretty good.
I am down 13lbs as of this morning, my wife is down 12lbs. Feeling much better about our eating habits and diet so far this year. Aiming to lose another 17lbs.
i've been sick this past week so i have'nt done squat. still managed to loose 3 lbs.... i'm not proud so i'll count it.
Down to 178 getting in about 75push ups a day &100 sit ups!
