As you may have guessed we've been experiencing some technical difficulties scrambling to get this up.

Well, it's up. I'm not sure how as I'm not supposed to have had authorization to do so for about 10 years.

We'll know it works ... if the payout works.

If it doesn't, bkess8 will have to straighten it out when he can. He's the guy that normally does this but he's on active duty overseas and Uncle Sam has priority. Apparently yesterday Uncle Sam exerted his prior claim.

Yes, when I was writing you back I realized that I could see something that you and KPenn could not. Ergo, I must have permission. So I stopped the round of PMs and tried to see if I could remember how to do this, after a 10 year hiatus, before kickoff.

Now if I can remember how to due payouts ...

I don't know why you and KPenn can't see the required fields as your status was elevated. I suspect JPham will have to straighten that out.
