Hey guys,

I'm going to the USC game and some friends and I are still trying to figure out where to stay. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience renting an apartment/house for a game weekend. We wouldn't want anything fancy. Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas of a price range? If we can find a deal, I think my friends and I will pay to rent a place for Friday and Saturday night.

Luckily, I have a backup plan if it doesn't work out. I graduated '09 so this is probably my last chance to crash in the dorm. If we don't find a place to stay, this thread will hopefully provide a good reference in the future when I can no longer find a couch on campus. Thanks!

Pick up some chicks at the bar and go back to their place. Done.

your best bet is out on the golf course, bring a warm sleeping bag and try go in a sand trap to keep the wind out.

That's what I always do. Never fails.

Now that I am married I have to spend the big bucks for rooms. So I flipped it sorta. She always goes to the bar to get drinks but finds a flirt. She orders he buys and boom! I save $7-$10 per Jameson! Usually works a couple times before guys catch on.

You should've reserved those houses a loooong time ago. But check craiglist, under "vacation" housing for the south bend area, there are some left.
