Probably worth noting this seems to be fictional content based on a real poster who has close to zero followers and who never posted any such thing. In the fictional version, the pretty, smiling Asian woman was slightly altered, presumably with AI, to be a sad, ugly white woman.
Sometimes the unbelievably stupid people of social media don't actually exist.
