After spotting the Bearcats 14 points, The Bulldogs answer with 28 unanswered points blitizing the Bearcats 28-14. I believe the Bulldogs had about 7-8 sacks.....

Fresno state looked impressive. Does anybody think this says something about BK or is it just 1 game for Cincy?

I called it.. I said Cincy would lose to Fresno and that Fresno was no push over. Yet I still got hammered for thinking Cincy wouldn't be that great this year. Humble pie, anyone..

Coaching does make a difference.

That's why I've been swilling the kool-aid for 9 months.

Fresno should have beaten them last year also. Go Bulldogs!

Im a Bulldog supporter up until the Fresno St.-Cal Poly game. A win for Cal Poly would mean more to me than a ND win over USC this year.

No humble pie, I don't think I noticed your prognostication.

I will award you One Kudo.

Lost in the shuffle is that Pat Hill always puts a good football team on the field. The Bearcats beat reporter was trying to lay some of the blame on BK,
Not to mention all the holes that he (Brian Kelly) left. That is for another day and another thread.

What a joke that Bearcat beat guy is. I guess a lot of folks to the right of the Continental Divide don't know anything about the left side and are still not aware of Fresno St. These guys can play ball.

"Play anybody, anytime, anywhere"

I believe Pat Hill is the one who made that quote popular. He worked with Belicheck among a few of his coaching stops.

The fact that BK's name is brought up on his former team by a beat writer means nothing. Fresno St. is a solid team year in and year out. If anyone thought Cinci would be the same team without BK they were living a fairytale anyway. I dont expect Cinci to fall off the map without BK, but they can forget about 12-0. The recruits that Cinci was and could have stolen from Notre Dame, was based on the coaching differences. Now all the players that considered Cinci based on that fact are/were coming here. (Matt James and Ben Koyack)

Here a prognostication for you. Cincy will lose to NC state, Oklahoma, and one if not two teams out of the big east setting them up for a 8-4 or 7-5 record. Zach Collaros didn't look good, their oline needs work, and coaching staff didn't make adjustments.

Well, I have to say you deserve a piece of my pie....great call. It was a great game and Cincy got overpowered by Fresno in defense and offense.

By all means, it wasn't directed toward you. This is a recurrence from another agruement a while back. He knows who he is and some others too..

Fresno State plays Cincy (Big East), Ole Miss (SEC) and Illinois (Big10) out of conference and has a great shot to beat all 3.

They were a great addition to the MWC.
