FFS son, going through life saying stupid stuff is no way for you to live. The story is 100% true. Almost all countries have some elements of socialism in their system, a la social safety nets and welfare to various degrees. Don't play dumb. It's how you put yourself in my sights before. You got out. Do you really want me roasting your ass on a regular basis again? If you love socialism so much, why are you here? Why haven't you moved to Cuba or Venezuela or some other socialist nation instead of this nonsense about Canada or Norway or Germany?
Why do you assume I love socialism? And why would I want to leave the country that has made me rich beyond my wildest dreams? I can afford to live anywhere in the world but I choose to continue to live in the US, in Indy, because it’s my home and my family is here. By the way, you ought to look up Bolivia, a completely socialist country that is doing rather well. But that doesn’t fit your narrative, sooo…

Because you constantly beat the drum for it, defend it, and etc. I assume it for the same reasons everyone on IE might assume I love guitars, Ferraris, and blonde Ukrainian women. :)

Constantly? 😂 I see an inaccurate post and I correct it. That’s all.

Must be nice to have the money to fund all of those socialist programs when you've been piggy backing off of the US to provide you your self defense

Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Italy aren't meeting their NATO 2% goal

Maybe we should apply sanctions on the exportation of Venezuela's most valuable commodity - oil. That way the next Democrat president can relieve those sanctions for domestic political benefit in exchange for Venezuela to promise to have free and fair elections.
To be fair those mean guys in Midland are hard to talk to if you’re a democrat. Venezuela was a way better partner for Joe Biden. They didn’t want the optics of supporting fossil fuels here.

You’re right, Bishop. Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada, and a bunch of other western countries that incorporate socialism into their political systems are complete shitholes. And by the way, nobody believes your story about your co-worker.
I don't remember you polling me! lol

Those are figures as of 2024 and doesn’t take into account the DECADES that our NATO partners have been freeloading off of us. It took Trump threatening to leave the alliance and a land war in Europe for them to finally wake up. And now, as these countries have increased their defense spending (compounded with aging populations and migrant influxes), these socialist programs are beginning to break. The NHS in the UK has record high wait times and public satisfactions is down to less than 25% down from 70% in the 2000s.

Now wait a second, which party has been governing through the majority of the 2000s and why does the peak satisfaction line up with 2010.....

It's almost like intentionally sabotaging socialized programs leads to people not liking them.

Iran is probably going to learn the meaning of FAFO via the IDF and the USN.

russians in Venezuela assisting the dictator?

Maduro is now creating re-education camps for the protesters who are arrested. Wagner forces are there to enforce the Maduro regime. Absolutely unacceptable. I feel so bad for that population.

Unfortunately, we don't even have a president right now and our two nominees are running for election.

Rough situation down there, for sure. Didn't most of the population want socialism when it started years ago?

Cuba and Russian Wagner have their forces putting down the protests in Venezuela. Cuba sent 32 planes with their Wasp special forces within 48 hours of the election.

This is over.
