Think O'Malley is refering to Armond or just hypothetical?

I am in no way saying it is Armond, but I did see yesterday that he isn't enrolled at Southern Cal any longer. Have to wonder if he gave up on transferring anywhere due to his getting turned down medically everywhere. Maybe will try to go the Supplemental Draft route? All pure speculation and guessing by me.

sometimes last day, last minute is better...when you have a succession of de-commits, it can really rattle others in your ranks. Had he pulled out 14 days ago, you may not have liked the trend that ESPN would have been screaming from the rooftops when you consider Darby and Decker. The possible panic that could have rippled through our guys...well as we saw last year the trend wave can bring you the goods, and take away the goods. And who were we going to get in the face of that bad trend anyway? Its all good from my chair.

Sure would have liked to get them all...but I don't think we could have afforded to lose any others...

you and Johnny dont understand the concept of "keeping your sources" do you... If you told someone a secret and they told an entire forum, would you tell them another secret in the future? No... I am a cop and I see detectives having to keep their sources secret all the time because they want their sources to trust them in the future in order to get more busts...

At the same time, those with "secret info" that have sources they don't want to ruin shouldn't be floating around taunting and dangling said "secret info".

If ya know it, tell it to someone trustworthy, if ya don't know, then kindly STFU.

A simple solution to insiders who don't want to reveal sources is for those insiders to PM a mod with their information, however vague or detailed they deem appropriate. The mods can then in turn determine whether the information is worthy of being shared with the rest of the forum. No one has to know who the information came from.

If ultimately accurate, the insider can be given credit by a mod if requested. If inaccurate, no witch-hunts because no one knows who it was that gave the information.
