No, what ND needs is for every alum, staff, and person around the program saying this kids are the best thing ever WHEN THEY HAVENT WON JACK SH!T, these guys are treated like they are the defending national champions by many people around them in the ND community. They need to LOSE the sense of entitlement! That way, when they get hyped for big games, they don't just go out and "expect someone to carry the team." You can already see it in some of the freshman (Lynch for example) that these guys have the killer instinct necessary to win at the BCS level. I am very hopeful for this program as long as we can recruit guys who don't come in thinking that just because they go to ND means that they are god's gift to football.

Here is a hint. Alabama has 5 stars all over the field. Alabama cuts 4 star players for breakfast. Alabama signs 40 kids per class. Over the course of 4 years they have recruited an entire full class over the rest of the nonSEC world.

I've heard him speak 3 times and its similar to what I tell my pitching students. In reality you cant do it all the time or like anytrhing else it gets too familiar. 2/3 times a year max for striking power. Some things boys you have to do on your own to own it. I also find it hard to believe Notre Dame's coaches cant motivate-you must own your own performance in your mind before you even take the field.
