So I'll ask the question did IrishPat get banned? Does anyone know anything more about the circumstances in terms of why he was banned? Did he post something really offensive that I was unaware of?

Yup, he was pretty much being an asshat for lack of a better word. I'm sure he is exhausted with everything he has to deal with now, but that is no excuse to be a completely unreasonable poster.

He and I disagree 85 percent of the time but in many ways I enjoy him as a poster.

Yes lack of sleep will make you nuts. I earlier this month I was working full time and had 5 finals in 4 days for physical therapy school. I decide not sleep much and study by the end of the week I was one mean SOB.

I agree about liking Irishpat even though I think I agree with him even less than you. I always think of him as like the crazy uncle that you introduce everyone too because while he is crazy he is still pretty cool.
